RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the personalization of our pieces, we do not accept any return or exchange or cancellation on any order that has successfully been placed. However, we're here for you! Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
For any item purchased in store, we regretfully also do not offer any return or exchange for any item. All items are final sale. However, your pieces are covered within our warranty policy in case of any damage / imperfection.

WARRANTY POLICY
- Must have receipt as proof of purchase. Full warranty covers 3 months period from date of purchase. Limited warranty covers 1 year period from date of purchase.
- Three months full warranty: this covers fixing or replacement/exchange for the same item. We cannot offer refund under warranty policy.
- One Year Limited Warranty: we charge 35% of the full product price.
- Warranty covers colour change and damages to jewelry items, not valid on crochet and other artisan gift products. Warranty does not cover lost items and scratches due to tear and wear.
- Warranty replacement/exchange: replacement/exchange can only be claimed for the same item. If the exact item is not available, you may exchange it for a similar item that closely matches the original and is approved by the shop. If you prefer to choose a different product, you will be required to pay 60% of the new item’s price (applicable to both full & limited warranty).
- To claim warranty, original defective items will be collected back by the shop. The customer cannot keep the original claimed items.
- Any purchase with no receipt, including cash and e-transfer purchases without receipt will automatically waived warranty.
